Returns
Our returns policy provides you 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return or refund on any defective item or item shipped in error. Returns will not be accepted under any other circumstances. Original shipping charges for non-defective items are not refundable. All return shipping costs for non-defective items are the customer's responsibility. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
Return exclusions:
Our return policy excludes the following products, which for various legal, health and fraud prevention reasons, we cannot accept returns on, unless you were shipped the wrong product and the product is returned sealed/unused/unworn in its original packing:
refurbished cell phones and new or refurbished cell phone accessories
undergarments and swimwear
food and nutritional supplements
items showing obvious signs of misuse, consumer abuse or commercial use (unless clearly rated for commercial use)
toner cartridges
new defective gaming machines (these must be addressed with the manufacturer)
opened software
new home entertainment products from JVC, Panasonic, Philips or Toshiba (these must be addressed with the manufacturer)
any return that is missing the originally shipped components
any products damaged in shipping (these must be addressed with the logistics carrier at time of delivery or immediately thereafter)
How to return a defective item, or an item shipped to you in error:
Please contact us immediately for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Do not ship the product until you have received this number and the instructions for returning the product. Items returned without an RMA number will not be processed. Items returned with an RMA number will be reimbursed for the return shipping.
Tax and Customs duties
Because shop-fun.com sends products from Hong Kong (a free port), there is no sales tax or duties imposed by the Hong Kong government. Customers do not have to pay any sales tax or export duties when they purchase from shop-fun.com.
Statistically, well less than 1% percentage of all shop-fun.com orders have ever got opened by the Customs in customers' countries. If the package is checked by their country's customs office when the item arrives in their country, however, customers are responsible for import duties, tariffs, and taxes.
Although the chance of packages being Customs assessed is small, shop-fun.com strongly encourages all customers to check with their local Customs office for any potential import taxes, duties, and tariffs. In addition, some products may require special licenses or permits to import (such as high powered lasers). shop-fun.com is not responsible for products being confiscated by the Customs in customers' countries.
Typographical errors
Despite our best efforts, we are not responsible for typographical errors. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
