1. When do you ship out the package after payment?
Normally, our shipping staff would arrange the shipment and send out the packages in about 12-48 hours after payment. However, sometimes some packages may not be shipped out promptly, our customer service will inform you immediately, please rest assured, we will try our best to send out every package as soon as possible.
2. How do you send out the package and how many days I will receive my package?
At present, there are two shipping methods we provide for customers now: Super saving Shipping, Express Shipping(EMS, DHL and UPS). Super saving Shipping is the cheapest shipping service, however, it takes much longer time to have the package arrive customers. Express shipping is much fast and have a tracking number. Generally, all packages will arrive customers in time except for some unexpected natural factors or busy season.
Super saving Shipping Time Estimates: 9 to 15 business days Express Shipping(EMS, DHL and UPS) Time Estimates: 3 to 8 business days
3. Shall I pay extra tariffs? Normally, customers don't need to pay the tariffs, and we will take responsibility for customs at our end, however, you have to cover the taxes if your customs impose a tariff for some special products, anyway, we don't take any responsibility for your customs.
4. What if my parcel lost during shipment?
Every customer expects to receive the package promptly, however, sometimes packages may lost during shipment, or delayed for some unexpected factors and couldn't arrive you in time. In this case, we hope customers who choose Super saving Shipping would patiently wait for 6 weeks; if the package still not arrives you in 6 weeks, we will send you another new package or refund you the total payment immediately.
